In this paper, we regard policyholders, insurance companies, and government departments to be an anti-fraud supervision system, explore the of motor vehicle fraud from perspective a tripartite game. Taking into consideration bad reputation records policyholders as state variable, through continuous accumulation in effective time, it creates growth-type warning effect on thus, effectively curbs policyholder false by companies. At same considering influence random factors game insurance, establish stochastic differential model optimal strategy, income level, expectation variance insured’s record stock under conditions with without supervision. Finally, simulation analysis, is found that more conducive reduce intensity, proves impact different parameters system stability.
